The Problem.

One of the most annoying things in the world is getting to the gym and realizing you forgot your headphones. The HeartBeats Smartwatch changed that forever.

Doubling as both a fitness tracker and smartwatch, the HeartBeats watch allows users to store and charge a pair of Bluetooth headphones right in the watch. So wherever you go, you’ll always have your music with you.

In a highly competitive market, HeartBeats needed a bulletproof strategy to have their product standout. The biggest problem they faced; What made them different from other Smartwatches or Headphones?

Our Solution.

The first solution we offered the HeartBeats team was our Inertia Sales CRM, to allow them to schedule and send email campaigns right from the dashboard as well as cut back costs by canceling other software that our CRM already includes.

Next, we developed a core message to use that separated HeartBeats from it’s competitors. Once we had decided on that, we got to work creating ad creatives and email templates to create a funnel for interested customers.

While our marketing team focused on the funnel, our design team developed a lean website, that made it easy for customers to learn about, and purchase, the Smartwatch.

Once all the pieces were in position, HeartBeats launched for holiday season in 2021, and had an astounding first quarter thanks to our efforts.
